Welcome to Clonlea Design Art. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, our returns policy provides you with the following rights:

1. Statutory Rights

• As a customer within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off period" from the date you receive your order, during which you can cancel your purchase for any reason and request a refund.

• To qualify for a return, you must notify us within the 14-day window. You can use the Contact Us form or email us at clonleadesign@gmail.com

2. Conditions for Returns

• Eligibility for Refunds:

  • The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artwork cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

• Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided with your return.

3. Return Process

1. Contact us at clonleadesign@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Once your return is authorised, securely package the item and send it to: Treetops, Greenlands, Sandyford, Dublin 16, Ireland.

3. Include your name, order number, and contact information inside the package.

4. Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe return.

• Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Exceptions

• The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or commissioned artwork.

  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

  • Items returned outside of the 14-day cooling-off period.
